My team created a gamified tool to help potential recruits to pass the aptitude test exam required for utilities. Users get to practice math and reading comprehension exercises to drive up retention during the hiring process.
To create this app, my communication and expectation management skills came into play, as the client’s needs expanded exponentially. My team was able to implement storage for their test scores in a secure database, without identifying information to comply with several privacy policies.
